Questions & answers
What exactly does GhostPing do?
It watches the channel where your checkout bot posts successes, figures out which client cooked which product (and how many), then lets you bill them — through your own Stripe — with one click. Clients get a payment link in their DMs and payments reconcile automatically.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes — and that's the point. Each server connects its own Stripe, so money goes directly to you. GhostPing only creates the checkout links; it never holds or takes a cut of your funds.
How do my clients pay?
When you bill, each client is DM'd a Stripe "Pay now" link. As soon as they pay, the invoice is automatically marked paid and you get a notification — no manual checking.
Is it secure?
Login is through Discord (no passwords), you only ever see servers you admin, and Stripe keys are encrypted at rest. The dashboard is locked down with CSRF protection, strict security headers, and per-request authorization.
What if a client doesn't pay?
Unpaid invoices stay pending and clients get automatic 24-hour reminders. You can resend the link, void it, or manually mark it paid anytime from the dashboard.
What's the difference between PAS and Monthly clients?
PAS (Pay as Service) clients are billed per checkout/product. Monthly clients just get their success DMs and aren't auto-billed — handy for flat-rate members.
How is pricing calculated?
By the number of active clients you bill — see the tiers above. (Pricing is placeholder for now.) You can always start on the free tier and upgrade as you grow.
